Welcome to ORDVIO ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform services, and merchant tools, operated in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
By registering for an account or using our platform as a Merchant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please cease using our services immediately.
To utilize our B2B SaaS platform, you must register by providing accurate, current, and complete business information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your store subdomain.
Ordvio provides a multi-tenant platform that enables merchants to configure and operate their own online order-management spaces. We do not sell products directly to buyers; the transaction of goods is strictly between the Merchant and their respective customers.
Merchants authorize Ordvio to send automated, transactional notification updates (e.g. order placed, ready for collection, or cancelled) to buyers using Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. You warrant that all phone numbers collected on your storefront comply with local communications and data consent rules.
Merchants must comply with all local, state, and central Indian regulations, including but not limited to holding a valid food safety license (FSSAI) if selling food articles, tax registration (GSTIN), and trade licenses as applicable to their retail category.
All platform source code, design systems, algorithms, graphics, and features are the exclusive property of Ordvio. Merchants retain ownership of their store inventory information, custom branding graphics, and merchant data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or conduct business that brings disrepute to the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
